Upside: the "Drawing a week" New Year's Resolution is going well.
I find drawing a day too hard to keep up with, but weekly works out just right for me. The rules are simple; at some point during the week I have to have spent some time drawing. It doesn't matter how long it takes, if it's a finished piece or a rough sketch, as long as I've had a pencil/pen in my hand and my head's been in the right place then that's good enough. The aim is to get myself drawing more regularly, and break down the barrier of worrying how good something's going to turn out before starting. The thing about practice is that you don't expect everything to be perfect at the start.
I've only missed it once so far; by a day, but that week I spent 20mins on a stranded train reading a book about portraits so I let myself off for that one. ('Andrew Loomis: Drawing the Head and Hands' for the curious)
Kinda didn't think about keeping the galleries up to date though. Working through a year's worth of scanning and post-processing....
... I'm currently in March.
